The musical setting for this prayer is not an original composition, but rather springs from a traditional harmonized melody used in the Byzantine Rite. David Clayton and I merely discovered that this melody fit beautifully with this prayer, and then arranged the words and music accordingly. Thus we are happy to offer the digital version of this setting without charge, and the hard copy at just a minimal charge to cover our printing and shipping expenses.
